Legal Terms, Privacy Policy & Membership Conditions
Last updated: 22/07/2026
Welcome to Pitch & Plate. By becoming a member, purchasing a membership, attending our events, accessing our benefits, or using our website, you agree to the following legal terms, privacy policy and membership conditions.
-
Who We Are
Pitch & Plate is a community and event-based concept created to connect entrepreneurs, founders, professionals, creatives, brands, partners and selected members through networking, storytelling, business visibility, experiences, events, podcasts, collaborations and member benefits.
- Brand name: Pitch & Plate
- Email: join@pitchandplate.com
- Location: Spain / Marbella
-
Membership Access
Pitch & Plate membership gives members access to selected benefits, which may include community access, event invitations, partner discounts, member-only content, networking opportunities, podcast participation information, business visibility opportunities, and other benefits announced by Pitch & Plate.
Membership does not guarantee automatic access to every event, partner offer, collaboration, podcast feature, sponsorship opportunity or private experience. Some opportunities may require separate approval, availability, payment, application or selection.
Pitch & Plate reserves the right to update, improve, remove or change membership benefits when necessary, while always aiming to provide fair value to members.
-
Payments and Renewals
Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers such as Stripe or other approved platforms. Pitch & Plate does not store full card details.
By purchasing a membership, you agree to pay the price displayed at checkout, including any applicable taxes or fees.
Memberships may be offered as monthly, yearly, VIP, partner or special access plans. The exact price, billing period and benefits will be shown before purchase.
If the membership is recurring, it will renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
-
Cancellation Rules
Members may cancel their membership at any time by contacting Pitch & Plate at [Insert email] or through the cancellation method provided by the payment platform.
Cancellation stops future renewals. It does not automatically create a refund for a period already paid, unless required by law or clearly stated in a specific offer.
If you are a consumer purchasing online in the EU, you may have a legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, depending on the type of service purchased and whether access has already started.
If you request immediate access to digital content, membership benefits, community access, event discounts or partner privileges before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you acknowledge that your right of withdrawal may be affected according to applicable consumer law.
Refund requests will be reviewed fairly and case by case.
-
Discounts and Partner Benefits
Pitch & Plate may offer discounts, offers or special benefits through selected partners, restaurants, brands, venues, service providers or collaborators.
Partner benefits are subject to availability, partner conditions, dates, capacity, and approval. Discounts cannot usually be exchanged for cash and may not be combined with other promotions unless stated.
Pitch & Plate is not responsible for the quality, delivery, pricing, cancellation rules, customer service or final decision of third-party partners. Any purchase made directly with a partner is between the member and that partner.
-
Partner Access and Member Data
To provide certain benefits, Pitch & Plate may need to share limited member information with selected partners. This may include name, business name, membership status, booking reference, event attendance, or discount eligibility.
Pitch & Plate will not share payment card details with partners.
Where possible, Pitch & Plate will only share the minimum information necessary to provide the benefit. For public directories, business visibility, introductions, podcast features, photos, videos or promotional content, separate consent may be requested.
-
Community Conduct
Members are expected to behave respectfully, professionally and honestly.
Pitch & Plate may suspend or remove access if a member behaves in a way that is abusive, discriminatory, dishonest, unsafe, damaging to the community, harmful to partners, or against the values of Pitch & Plate.
No refund is guaranteed if access is removed because of serious misconduct.
-
Event Attendance
Some Pitch & Plate events may have limited capacity, guest lists, private access, application requirements or separate ticket prices.
Being a member does not always guarantee a free ticket or automatic entry to every event unless this is clearly stated in the membership plan.
Event dates, venues, speakers, partners, menus, activities and schedules may change when necessary.
-
Photos, Videos and Media
Pitch & Plate events may be photographed or filmed for marketing, social media, website, press, podcast, recap videos, community visibility and promotional purposes.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that general event photography and video may take place.
For close-up interviews, testimonials, podcast appearances, business features or personal promotional content, Pitch & Plate may request specific consent.
If you do not want to appear in photos or videos, please inform us before or during the event.
-

Pitch & Plate may send members updates about events, community news, partner offers, membership benefits, podcast episodes, business opportunities and relevant announcements.
Marketing messages will only be sent where there is a legal basis, such as consent or an existing customer relationship.
